Happy Call Recipe

Beef Hamburger

Ingredient
1. Beef Patties
2. Hamburger Bread
3. Cheese
4. Tomatoes
5. Potatoes
6. Salt
7. Vinegar and water



Direction:

Home made French Fries
1. Peel the potatoes and soak in the water. Add In the Vinegar and soak for 20 minutes ( To prepare the potatoes from changing color)
2. Pour away the vinegar water and cut the potaotes to the shape of the french fries.
3. Rub salt onto the potatoes.
4. Pour some oil onto the wok and heat up the oil.
5. fry the potatoes until it soften and serve.

Meat Patties
1. Take out the frozen Meat Patties from the freezer.
2. Heat up the HappyCall Pan.
3. Put the patties onto the Pan.
4. After 1-2 minutes, flip to another side.
5. Wait for anoother 1-2 minutes, flip again.
6. Serve.

HamBurger Bread
1. Heat the Happy Call Pan
2. Put the bread on the Pan.(without closing the lid)
3. Then using chopstick, flip the bread to another side.
4. Then flip the bread again and Serve.

HamBurger:
1. Put the Cheese on top of the bottom layer of the hamburger bread.
2. Put the Meat patties on top of the cheese, followed by tomatoes.
3. Put the top layer of the bread.
4. And serve with french fries.


Muah Chee


Ingredient
1. 1 cup of glutinuous flour
2. 3/4 cup water
3. 1 tsp of sesame oil
4. 1 tsp of sugar
5. pinch of salt
6. Coating: finely ground peanut, sugar and sesame oil



Direction:

1. Mix the grounded peanut, sugar and sesame seeds in a plate.
2. Mix the glutinuous flour, water, sesame oil, sugar and salt in a bowl.
3. Whip the mixture until it become a smooth batter.
4. Pour the mixture into the happy call pan. Close the lid and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Open the lid and check whether the base is set while the surface remain uncooked. Use a spatula to roll the dough together to form a lump. If the base is not set, cover the kids and cook for another half a minutes and check again.
6. Toss around for another 1-2 minutes to ensure that the dough is fully cooked.
7. Remove and put the cooked dough onto the peanut mixture, cut to bite size and coat all over with the peanut mixture.

Home Made Chicken Chop


Ingredient
1. Two Chicken thighs
2. 1 tbps oyster sauce
3. 1 tbps soya sauce
4. 1 tsp of sugar






Direction:

1. Take out the bone and the skin of the chicken thighs
2. Marinate the chicken thigh with the oyster sauce, soya sauce and sugar for at least 30 minutes ( overnight will be the best)
3. Using the HCP, put the marinated chicken thigh on the pan.
4. Close the lid and heat up the pan with middle fire.
5. After 8 minutes, flip the HCP and let it cooked for another 8 minutes.
6. Open the lids, and check whether the chicken is cooked using a fork.
7. If not cooked, repeat step 4 and 5 on each side for 1-2 minutes.
8. Serve when cooked.


Home Made Sambal Belacan Stingray


Ingredient
1. Stingray
2. 1 banana leaf
3.  sambal belacan
4.  chopped onions
5. Lime




Direction:

1. Put the stingray on the paper towel to let it tap dry.
2. marinate the Stingray with sambal belacan for 5 minutes.
3. Put the marinate stingray on the banana leaf and place it on top of the Happy Call Pan.
4. Heat up the happy call pan using middle fire and let it cook for 8 minutes.
5. Open the lids and put the chopped onion on top of the stingray and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Squeeze the lime juice on top of the stingray and serve.
